Anja Machielse
I am a professor of Humanism and Social Resilience at the University of Humanistic Studies in Utrecht, the Netherlands. In my role, I give many lectures and guest lectures across the country. These lectures are aimed at a diverse audience, including scientists, policymakers, professionals, and volunteers.
Rogier has helped me improve my presentations so they effectively support the message I want to convey in my lectures. To maintain the recognition of my work, Rogier used the existing university template as a foundation. Without compromising the university’s brand style, he developed a new presentation with various slide types that allow me to clearly present different kinds of information.
In the new presentation template, Rogier incorporated text, photo, and video sections, enabling me to vary the content and visuals. The consistent use of colors creates a balanced and cohesive look across the slides. I now use this new template for all my presentations. The colors and alignment are uniform and perfectly match the university’s brand style. At the same time, the template offers me plenty of flexibility to tailor my message to different audiences without having to rebuild the presentation each time.
Working and communicating with Rogier has been a positive experience. He took the time to understand my work and asked questions about my needs and expectations before getting started. As a result, the final product aligns perfectly with the type of work I do.
